All stainless steel box joint plier with full hardened tool steel inserts on both round and flat sides of the plier. The round beak is .035" in diameter and capable of forming and bending wire up to .036 diameter. Added arch contoured at the rear of the plier allows you to contour a round or rectangular wire up to .036" with the same plier.

Stubbiness of beaks and rigid tool steel inserts combined with the diameter of .045" on the round beak and .045"on the square beak assures the ease of bending and forming heavy wire up to .060". #036-XL - Bird Beak Plier-Large W/Serrations (.065" dia. tip)

#034-XL - Bird Beak Plier-Large (same features as the 036-XL, but without serrations)

Designed on one of our extra large forgings, the tips measure .065 diameter on both the round side and the square side. There are serrations placed approximately 3/4" down from the tip on the flat side and a closing groove placed at the rear. Due to the size of this product and the size of the tip, it is capable of bending and forming wire up to .070" with very little effort.

Manufactured from a stainless steel box joint forging this instrument is capable of bending wire up to .075" dia. The plier has large handles and is 3/4" longer than a standard instrument making bending an ease.

#070 - Face Bow Adjusting Plier

Similar to Orthopli #067 the instrument measures 5 inches in length and can bend wire up to .075" dia. The bend area is grooved to lock the wire in place allowing the operator to bend with little effort.

Both the tip and cutting edge are tool steel inserted, capable of bending, cutting and forming loops on the inner and outer bow of a head gear. The inserted beaks at the front have 3 deepened grooves that securely locks in the wire when bending (eliminating slippage).

#068 - Face Bow Plier
