ABOUT:

Orthopli Corporation is a family owned and operated corporation since 1973. We specialize in manufacturing Orthodontic instruments and also distribute a full line of items for your Orthodontic needs. We take pride in our service, and we are very passionate that our products are of the highest quality. Customer’s satisfaction is our top priority.  

WARRANTY:
PLIERS: Orthopli Corporation will at no charge to you within one year of the invoice date, sharpen any Orthopli instrument or repair or replace any fractured insert. Orthopli Corporation guarantees complete satisfaction to all.

HAND INSTRUMENTS: (Band Pushers, Scalers, Etc.)  All Orthopli hand instruments carry a one year warranty from the invoice date. This includes the repair, reserrating band pusher and the sharpening of scalers.

PHOTOGRAPHIC MIRRORS: Orthopli photographic mirrors are guaranteed for 6 months from the invoice date for surface appearance. Angled photographic mirrors can be resurfaced or replated at a fee. Flat glass mirrors cannot be resurfaced or replated.

MATHIEUS & HEMOSTATS: Orthopli non-inserted Mathieu’s and Hemostat’s are guaranteed FOREVER! No matter the reason, you can send your Orthopli mathieu or hemostat to be repaired or replaced at no charge at any time. Inserted Mathieu’s and Hemostat’s will fall under the one year plier warranty.

RETRACTORS: Orthopli Retractors come with a 6 month guarantee from the invoice date. This guarantee covers breakage and appearance of the retractor. 

REPAIR WARRANTY: 
All instruments repaired or re-serviced by Orthopli Corporation are guaranteed for 6 months from the invoice date of the repair. 

TERMS:
All accounts are set up with NET30 payment terms which means finance charges may be applied if the invoice is not paid within 30 days. An invoice is included in every shipment.  Payment for new customers is required in advance. No shipments will be made to customers who have a past due balance. (90 days or older) Prices are subject to change without notice.  Wire transfers are excepted as a form of payment. All fees related to wire transfers are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  All open lines of credit are at the discretion of Orthopli. 

FREIGHT:
Freight and Insurance charges are added to every invoice at the time of shipping. This includes orders and repairs. Orthopli does NOT cover any shipping costs inbound shipments, repairs and returns.

RETURN POLICY:
All items being returned must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date. Please include your reason for return so that we can be sure to handle your return properly and efficiently. Orthopli does NOT cover any shipping costs for returns.

CREDIT:
All items being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of the invoice. Full refunds will be made at our discretion. Please include your reason for return so that we can better accommodate your credit properly.

PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY:
Orthopli Corporation assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods or any instruments that have not been sterilized in accordance with their instructions or have been misused.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to maintain proper maintenance of all instruments.  This will insure the instruments are working up to their standards.

STERILIZATION:
ULTRASONIC CLEANING: Orthopli suggests ultrasonic cleaning of instruments prior to sterilization. Orthopli’s ultrasonic solution, OrthoClean (Item # OC401), is recommended. It contains a built in lubricant along with a rust inhibitor. This process removes any debri or wire that may be left on the instrument from chairside use, so that it does not come loose during sterilization, which can damage you’re your unit dramatically. Use your ultrasonic cleaning unit in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions.

AUTOCLAVING: As of March 2002, Orthopli pliers and hand instruments are fully autoclavable. This means that all instruments are capable of steam sterilization, wrapped or unwrapped. Use your autoclave sterilizer in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions.

DRY HEAT: All Orthopli stainless steel pliers and hand instruments are capable of dry heat sterilization up to temperatures of 300°F- 420°F Instruments are sterilized anywhere from 8-60 minutes, depending on the unit being used. Please use your dry heat sterilizer in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions.
