Custom Rack

Orthopli specializes in fabricating customized racks tailored to meet the specific needs of dental and orthodontic professionals. With a focus on precision and quality, Orthopli ensures each rack is crafted to support efficient workflow and instrument organization and keeps everything off the countertop.

Examples of custom racks could range from racks that hold more than our standard instruments, arch wire racks that hold additional wires, and chain dispensers that hold less or more than our stock rack.

All plastic fabrication is completed at our Philadelphia location. The process is very simple. We would ask you to please call (1-800-237-3737) with your custom rack request measurements along with the items you would like to organize in that custom rack. At this point Orthopli will prepare a drawing along with a quote for you to evaluate and approve.
