Loop Tie Back Plier

Designed to automatically form tie back loops (Omega) on any wire up to .021” x .025”. This multipurpose four step plier can automatically form vertical loops and tie back loops (Omega) 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm and also can be used to shorten the archwire by using the first step to form a 2mm stop.   

• Creates a Tie back Omega loop automatically with two simple bends. 

• All formed wires end up on the same plane after the tie back omega loop is formed or vertical loops. 

• Machined vertical steps 2, 3, 4 and 5 millimeters are placed on the instrument to automatically form vertical uniform loops. 

• A groove is machined at the rear of the beak for the closing of vertical loops. 

• Recommended for round and rectangular wires up to .025” diameter and .021” x .025”.

• Vertical step and tie-back (omega) section is a hardened steel tip to eliminate any slippage and increases the life of the instrument.
