Bird Beak Bending Plier with Arch Former and Cutter

This instrument will allow the operator to bend, form loops, contour an arch, cut retainer wire and arch wire with just one instrument. Orthopli has once again designed this complex instrument creating another multipurpose combination plier. This instrument is manufactured with a bird beak style bending beak along with an arch former located at the rear of the tip and an added built in cutter is placed in the middle. Combining these three features into 1-multipurpose plier saves both time and money.

• Both round and square beaks measure .036" at the tip and are recommended for retainer adjustment or heavy wire bending.
• The added arch-former is located at the rear of the beak and is capable of contouring a smooth arch on all arch wire (round or rectangular) and lab wire up to .036".
• Towards the middle of the tip is a built in cutter capable of cutting all arch wire and retainer wire up to .036" (Round and rectangular).
• The tip measures 5/8" in length and the round portion of the beak is round the whole 5/8" offering many helix sizes when bending.
• Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the tip to increase the strength of the instrument and help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
• Bend and form all arch wire round and rectangular along with retainer wire up to .036".
• All stainless steel box joint construction accommodated by a hardened steel inserted tip for strength.
