Light Wire Forming Plier with Cutter (No-Grooves)

Cleverly designed having both a fine tapered round and square beak along with an additional built in anvil cutter placed at the rear portion of the beaks. This instrument allows the operator to form, bend and cut the arch wire with one instrument, saving time and motion. The cutter is designed to cut both round and rectangular wire up to .025" diameter and .019" x .025". Both beaks are manufactured with hardened steel inserts to help eliminate slippage during use which also creates a stronger longer lasting instrument.

• Both round and square beaks measure .025" inches allowing sharp tight bend and helixes.
• Towards the rear of the tip is a built-in anvil cutter capable of cutting all archwire up to .025" diameter and .019" x .025".
• Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the beak to increase the strength of the instrument and help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
• The round portions of the beaks are machined to achieve a tight smooth bend and helix during chair side operation.
