Ligature Forming Plier

Designed with a hardened steel insert on the forming beak for longer wear. Enables the operator to perform ligature wires accurately with consistency, which saves time and cost. Formed ligature wire height is 6mm. This instrument will take a straight piece of ligature wire or several pieces at a time and automatically create preformed ligature wire. 

• Forms a ligature wire hook with a simple squeeze.

• Simply cut-straight ligature wire to designed length, center the wire on the loop and squeeze.

• Forms 75 to 150 ligature ties at one-time.

• A one millimeter stopper is located at the tip eliminating wire from slipping during forming. 

• Recommended for ligature wire .009”, .010”, .011”, and .012” in diameter. 

• Forming your own preformed ligature becomes a cost saver and a time saver. 

• The height of the ligature loop is a standard 6mm in height.
