Light Wire Forming Plier No Grooves

One of Orthopli's most popular light wire loop forming pliers manufactured with a fine tapered round and square beak. The loop former beaks are ground down to their finest point to help create the tight bend along the fine helix. This plier is designed with no grooves on the inside working area. Hardened steel inserted beaks will help eliminate slippage when forming and bending wire which also creates a stronger longer lasting instrument. This instrument is recommended for chair side to form and bend round or rectangular wire up to .025" diameter and .019 x .025".

• Both round and square beaks measure .025" inches allowing sharp tight bend and helixes.
• Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the beak to increase the strength of the instrument and help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
• There are no grooves on the inside of the instrument and the rear portion of the beak has two flat sections for straightening, bending, and closing loops.
• The round portions of the beaks are machined to achieve a tight smooth bend and helix during chair side operation.
