Tweed Loop Forming Plier – Kim Design with Cutter

This Tweed plier is uniquely designed for the Kim Technique. Manufactured with three different size barrels at the tip. The lower portion of the beak is flat and machined parallel with the barrels allowing for proper bends for the technique. In addition, the lower beak is serrated (a series of grooves) to help eliminate slippage. Towards the rear of the beak, we also placed a built in wire cutter for convenience.

• Front barrel .045", middle barrel .060", and rear barrel .075" diameter.
• The lower beak is flat and machined parallel with the barrels.
• Recommended to form round and rectangular wire up to .025" diameter and .021" x .025".
• Towards the rear of the tip is a built in cutter capable of cutting all arch wire up to .025" diameter and .021" x .025" (Round and rectangular).
• Serrations (grooves) are machined on the flat portion of the beak to ensure a firm grip and eliminate slippage during wire bending.
• Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the tip to increase the strength of the instrument and help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
• All stainless steel box joint construction accommodated by a hardened steel inserted tip for strength.
