Arch Forming Plier for Nickel Titanium

Manufactured with an extremely tight arch form the measures 3mm wide. The tight arch form is needed to over contour the nickel titanium arch during use when reshaping or forming the arch. Over bending is necessary because the nickel titanium wire will rebound slightly.

• Both beaks are manufactured with a hardened insert to help hold the arch form.
• Designed to form or reshape the arch on nickel titanium wire.
• Recommended for nickel titanium wire both round and rectangular up to .020" dia. and .019" x .025".
• Measures 3mm wide along with a tight arch form.
• All edges are beveled which will eliminate nicking of the arch wire during use.
• One beak has a sharp radius arch and fits into the lower beak concave groove.
