Auxiliary Spring Forming Plier

The unique design of this plier is for forming Broussard® auxiliary spring components on .014", .016" or .018" round wire, with minimum operator time and effort. The auxiliary spring bending plier fabricates auxiliary spring components used in the Broussard® "two-force technique" with accuracy and uniformity.

• Two round barrels are machined at the tip, the first barrel measures .050" in diameter and the second barrel measures .065" in diameter.
• The lower beak is flat and parallel with the barrels allowing for a proper bend back for T-loop and forming auxiliary springs.
• Three grooves are placed in the middle of the beak and grooved for .014", .016" and .018" wire.
• Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the tip to increase the strength of the instrument and help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
• Recommended for round and rectangular wire up to .022"
• All stainless steel box joint construction accommodated by a hardened steel inserted tip for strength.
