Bird Beak Bending Plier (1/2" long)

Orthopli's most popular bird beak bending instrument, measuring ½ inch in length and .036" at the tip on both the round and square sides. The short stubby beak offers strength during bending. Recommended for wire up to .036" (Example: retainer adjustment or retainer forming) Hardened steel inserted beaks will help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire and also makes it a stronger longer lasting instrument.

• Both round and square beaks measure .036" at the tip and are recommended for retainer adjustment or heavy wire bending.
• Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the tip to increase the strength of the instrument and help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
• The tip measures ½" in length and the round portion of the beak is round the whole ½" offering many helix sizes when bending.
• Bend and form all archwire round and rectangular along with retainer wire up to .036".
• All stainless steel box joint construction accommodated by a hardened steel inserted tip for strength.
