Hole Punch Plier (3mm)

Manufactured to cut out a 3mm diameter section of an aligner. No heat is required to the instrument or the aligner to achieve the 3mm hole. Hole punch pliers can be used to trim an aligner and make open space for a bondable button or cleat. This instrument can also trim an aligner in a gingival area where the aligner is irritating the patient. The cutting beak is inserted with hardened steel allowing for a smooth cut on the aligner.
