Ligature Cutter (Small Handle) (15° angle)

This smaller handle ligature cutter is for those doctors and staff that prefer the feel and comfort of a smaller size plier forging. Uniquely designed Orthopli has incorporated a 15° offset angled beak on this small handle ligature cutter. The angled beaks offer increased visibility during use in the anterior and posterior region. It is capable of cutting all dead soft ligature wire and ligature ties at the tip.

• Manufactured on a small handle measuring 4 1/4" in length along with a stainless steel forging.
• Both beaks are manufactured with a hardened steel inserted tip which increases the strength and extends the sharpness of the cutting edge.
• The beak is offset at a 15° angle creating increased visibility during use.
• Beaks are tipped with a diamond wheel to achieve tip alignment to receive the closest cut.
• Small handle instruments are a matter of preference for the operator.
• Capable of cutting all dead soft ligature wire along with ligature twist ties at the tip.
