Light Wire Forming Plier (3 Grooves at Tip)

Manufactured with a thin tapered round and square beak along with an additional three grooves at the tip. The first groove is 1 mm, the second groove is 2 mm, and the third groove is 3 mm from the tip on the square side. A larger groove is milled towards the rear on the two flat surfaces allowing for closing loops. Recommended for chair side to form and bend wire up to .025" diameter and .019" x .025". Both beaks are manufactured with hardened steel inserts to help eliminate slippage which also creates a stronger longer lasting instrument.

• Both round and square beaks measure .025" inches allowing sharp tight bend and helixes.
• Three grooves are placed 1 mm, 2 mm, and 3 mm back from the tip on the flat side and a closing groove at the rear.
• The grooves help secure an arch wire when bending loops and keep a uniformed loop.
• Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the tip to increase the strength of the instrument and help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
• The round portions of the beaks are machined to achieve a tight smooth bend and helix during chair side operation.
• Bend and form both rectangular and round wire up to .025" diameter and .019" x .025".
