Lingual Utility Instrument (Slim Long Handle)

Manufactured on a long slim handle which offers excellent reach in the lingual region. Long slim handles keep the operator's hand at a further distance from the patient's mouth during use, along with more mobility in the lingual region. The offset beak is what increases the reach in the lingual area and also increases visibility during lingual adjustments, placements, and removal of lingual arch wire. Inside working surface is manufactured with cross serrated hardened inserts which help eliminate slippage of the archwire.

• Manufactured on an all stainless steel slim long handle forging measuring 5 ¾" in total length.
• Ideal for use in the lingual area as a general utility plier.
• Slim long handles increase both the operator's visibility and access during use in the lingual region.
• The beak is constructed with hardened steel inserted tips on both sides; this increases the strength and life of the instrument.
• The inside working surface of the tip is cross serrated to eliminate slippage during use.
• To be used for the placement, removal and cinching of all archwire interiorly in the lingual region.
• The back of the tip is smooth and beveled to avoid pinching the patient's cheek and lips during use.
