Tweed Loop Forming Plier (2-Barrel)

This Tweed loop forming plier is manufactured with 2-Barrels at the tip that fall into concave lower beak. The lower concave beak is serrated to ensure a non-slip grip when forming helixes and adjustments on an arch wire. Two different size barrels are machined at the tip help eliminate torque of an arch wire during use.

• Front barrel .045" diameter, middle barrel .060" diameter.
• Concaved lower beak helps bend and guide the wire during wire bending and forming helixes.
• Serrations are machined on the concaved portion to ensure a firm grip and eliminate slippage during wire bending.
• Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the tip to increase the strength of the instrument and help eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
• Recommended for round and rectangular wire up to .025" diameter and .021" x .025".
• A closing groove is placed at the rear portion of the tip which helps when closing vertical loops.
• All stainless steel box joint construction accommodated by a hardened steel inserted tip for strength.
