Band Remover with Removable Tip

Cleverly designed and constructed of a stainless steel forging with a removable hardened steel insert. The removable tip is flat at both ends and secured in place with an allen screw. Both ends are identical so when one end dulls you simply unscrew the tip and flip it around giving you double use of the tip. The upper beak has a replaceable cushion tip for patient comfort. (Cushion tips are heat sterilizable and auto-clavable)

• This band remover is designed with a removable and reversible tip.
• Hardened steel tips are flat and when it becomes dull just remove the tip and flip it around.
• Each tip is reversible by unscrewing the allen screw (wrench included).
• Additional hardened steel tip can be purchased separately (catalog # 097-ART).
• Eliminate the need to send the complete instrument in for service, just mail the tips for sharpening to Orthopli and keep the plier in use.
• Upper beak has a replacement cushion tip (catalog # 097-TB)
• Cushion tips are a force fit and are dry heat sterilizable and auto-clavable.
