Four Step Vertical Loop Forming Plier

The only four step loop forming plier in the Orthodontic field today, Developed by Orthopli. This four step vertical loop forming plier is designed to automatically form loops on round and rectangular wire up to .025" diameter and .021" x .028" with one motion of the plier. Designed to form accurate and consistent vertical loops 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm in height.

• Create a vertical loop at any location on the archwire with one simple squeeze.
• Manufactured with vertical steps 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm to ensure proper height when forming the loops.
• After the vertical loop is formed the ends of the archwire end-up on the same plain.
• Simply select your vertical loop size, then place the wire on the step and squeeze the instrument closed to form the loop.
• Vertical steps of the beak are made from a hardened steel insert to eliminate slippage during use and also increase strength.
