Designed for lab use for the forming and adjusting of retainers. The one beak has three large round barrels capable of bending helixes, quad helix loops and vertical loops on wires up to .040"diameter. The opposing beak is flat and tapered for proper bend back so loops will end up on the same plain. Both beaks are manufactured with hardened steel inserts for strength and helps eliminate slippage during use.
- Three barrels offer a variety of loops .150"mm, .125"mm, and .070"mm in diameter.
- Closing grooves are machined at the rear of the beak for holding and closing loops.
- Hardened steel inserted tips are soldered at the tip to increase the strength of the instrument and helps eliminate slippage when forming or bending wire.
- Capable of bending and adjusting lab wire up to .040" diameter.
- Flat beak is tapered to allow for uniform bend backs, so all loops stay on the same plain.
- One holding groove is machined at the tip to secure wire from slipping during operation.
