Weingart Utility Plier (Lap Joint) - Custom Design (Inserted Tips)

Manufactured on a lap joint forging and measures approximately ½" shorter than the traditional Orthopli Box joint. The joint operates without washers or shims creating a smooth operation during use. Constructed with a hardened steel inserted tip, along with cross serrations on the inside working surface. The inserted beak allows the tips to be ground down to their finest point while keeping its strength. Very little force is required to secure the wire during use.

• The beak is constructed with hardened steel inserted tip on both sides. This increased the strength and extends the life of the instrument.
• Custom designed double offset angled beak allows for excellent posterior and anterior access.
• The inside working surface of the tip is cross serrated to eliminate slippage during use.
• The hardened steel inserted tip reduces the beaks from slipping and increases its holding strength.
• To be used for the placement, removal and cinching of all arch wire intraorally.
