Weingart Utility Plier (Lap Joint) (Non-Inserted)

Manufactured on a lap joint forging and measures approximately ½" shorter than the traditional Orthopli Box joint. The joint operates without washers or shims creating a smooth operation during use. Constructed on an all stainless steel forging along with machined cross serrated beaks. Serrations ensure a positive grip. The beaks measure 7/8" in length and a gradual tapered curve toward the beak.

• The inside working surface of the tip is cross serrated to eliminate slippage during use.
• The length of the beak creates excellent access during use in the posterior and anterior areas.
• Beaks are non-inserted and have a slight gradual curved offset tip.
• The tip of the weingart is ground down to a thin rolled point.
• To be used for the placement, removal and cinching of all arch wire interiorly.
• The rear of the beak has a gap and is bi-level so it will not pinch the patient's cheek and lips during use.
