Manufactured on a lap joint forging and measures approximately ½" shorter than the traditional Orthopli box joint. The joint operates without washers or shims creating a smooth operation during use. The beak is offset and brought to a thin rolled tip. Cross serrations are machined on the inside of the inside working surface of the tip adding strength and eliminating slippage during use. The tip is ground down to its finest point offering maximum access in tight areas. Custom designed beaks offer easy access in all anterior and posterior regions of the arch.

• Manufactured on a lap joint stainless-steel forging without washers, shims, or screws to allow a smooth operation (Non-Inserted Tip).

• Lap joint instruments measure approximately 1/2" shorter than the traditional Orthopli box joint.

• Custom designed incorporated with an offset angled beak which allows for excellent posterior and anterior access.

• The inside working surface of the tip is cross serrated to eliminate slippage during use.

• To be used for the placement, removal and cinching of all arch wire intraorally.

• Offset beaks increase the operator's visibility during use.

• The tip of the beaks is machined to a fine rolled tapered point allowing easier access to tight areas.
