Tweed Arch Torquing Plier with Arch Former

Orthopli Corporation unique combination 2 in 1 instrument is a time saver along with a cost savings. Manufactured with a traditional flat on flat tweed torquing beak at the tip along with an Arch former which is positioned at the rear of the beak. This instrument will allow the operator to place torque in an arch wire and with the same instrument the operator can recontour the arch wire to the proper arch form.

• This 2 in 1 combined instrument has a tweed torquing and bending beak at the tip and an arch former at the rear of the beak.
• Beaks measure .060" thick.
• Hardened inserts are placed at the tip to help eliminate slippage during use and increase the strength of the instrument.
• Recommended for torquing rectangular arch wire up to .021" x .028".
• The inside portion of the beak is a flat on flat surface.
• Capable of contouring an arch on round and rectangular wire ranging from .012" to .040".
• Edges of the inside flat surfaces are beveled to eliminate nicking of the arch wire during use.
